Returns Policy
This Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We have a 15 days return policy, which you may return any Goods in their original condition for a full refund or exchange within 15 working days of delivery, providing you have notified us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the Goods and the Goods have not been applied, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting return will not be accepted.
You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Goods to us. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.
If you are returning faulty or damaged Good(s), we will refund the cost of returning your order provided that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery service and supply us with a receipt proving cost of return.
Goods purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, not as individual items.
Applicable refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected and comply with the terms of return contained herein.
